You need to understand what responsibilities and level of authority you will have and you need to demonstrate intuition to be able to use your team to achieve great things. An easy one to start with, which will work for most positions, is to say that you will lead by example.
But then this is a chance to also think big. What is the company strategy? What are they aiming for and how will you help? It's important that you will actually have some capability of doing what you say you will do.
Try and identify any general message they seem to be trying to create, as this is likely the message they are looking for you to exhibit in your answer here. That means, some part of your answer shouldn't be rehearsed - it should be based on the biggest thing they talk about when talking about the role and your teams place within that thing.
If they keep asking questions around 'quality', for example, then frame some of your answer around how you would use your position to increase quality.
Hope that helps. Good luck.

Hi,
Have just had an interview for a Homecare Job and they have invited me back for a second interview but this time in a supervisor role!
Have no experience in this area which they are aware of but feel I would work well in this position.
They have given me a list of question they may ask at the interview and I am stuck on a good answer for how will you help the company develop?
Am completely stuck now!
Thanks in advance,
Tom
